Service Description

Join the Lunch Break Forest Bathing group to center yourself during the day. Connect to your body, the Earth, and community. Groups are led by Justin who is a Certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide with the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy. Walks are remotely guided on Zoom. Let yourself be guided outdoors in your yard, a park, inside by a window, or with a beloved pet.
